Send your X-ray / MRI and we will review the curve and your options together — a second opinion is welcome.

What we evaluate

Scoliosis is not a single condition; age, curve type and growth status shape the approach. Every case is assessed individually.

Pediatric & adolescent scoliosis

In growing patients, observation, bracing and surgery are weighed case by case; timing depends on growth status.

Adult scoliosis

In age-related or degenerative curves, pain, balance and nerve compression findings are assessed together.

Kyphosis & spinal deformity

For kyphosis and other deformities, diagnosis, imaging and the appropriate approach are planned together.

When an evaluation may help

Scoliosis or a spinal curve seen on X-ray or MRI
A curve that appears to be progressing, or a growing patient at risk of progression
Back pain, shoulder or waist asymmetry, or easy fatigue
Previously followed and seeking a re-assessment or a second opinion

Not every scoliosis needs surgery

Many curves are mild to moderate and are followed with periodic monitoring and imaging; bracing may be appropriate in selected growing patients. Surgery — correction and stabilization — is considered when the curve progresses, exceeds a threshold, or causes nerve compression or imbalance. The right path is decided together, case by case. This page is for general information and does not replace a medical consultation.
