Cancellation, Refund & Delivery Policy

Services purchased through the website do not involve physical product delivery. Clinical and follow-up consultations are performed in person at the clinic on the appointment date; teleconsultations are performed online; second-opinion / imaging review services are performed by delivery of the evaluation report.

The appointment date and time are confirmed by phone or e-mail after payment.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance at +90 505 525 00 61 or [email protected].

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, refunds are subject to clinical assessment due to scheduling commitments.

If the cancellation originates from the Service Provider (emergency surgery, force majeure, etc.), a new appointment is offered or the full amount is refunded.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days before the performance of the service has started. In that case, the full amount collected is refunded within 14 days of receipt of your request at the latest.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with your approval and has been completed (a consultation that has taken place, a delivered second-opinion report, etc.).

Refunds are issued via the original payment method: to the relevant card for card payments, or to the notified IBAN for bank transfers. The time for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank.

If an incorrect amount or a duplicate payment is detected, simply contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number; the excess amount is refunded within 14 days.
