Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ('Agreement') is concluded electronically between the Service Provider identified below and the individual purchasing services through www.drozguraksan.com ('Buyer'), in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The subject of this Agreement is the provision of healthcare services ordered by the Buyer through the website — clinical consultation, teleconsultation, second opinion / MRI-CT imaging review, follow-up visits and similar medical services — whose characteristics and prices are stated on the payment page.

Payments are accepted in Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR) and US Dollars (USD).

Payments can be made by credit/debit card through the secure virtual POS on the website (Yapı Kredi Bank Posnet infrastructure) or by bank transfer.

Card details are transmitted with 256-bit SSL encryption and are never stored by the Service Provider.

Upon completion of the payment, the Buyer is presented with a confirmation page containing transaction reference details.

The purchased service does not involve delivery of a physical product; the service is performed in person at the clinic or online (teleconsultation) on the appointment date.

The appointment date and time are confirmed with the Buyer by phone or e-mail after payment.

For second-opinion / imaging review services, the evaluation report is delivered within a reasonable period after the required medical images reach us.

The Buyer may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days, provided the performance of the service has not started. Withdrawal notices must be sent in writing to [email protected].

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the Buyer's approval and has been completed.

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, the amount collected is refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. See the Cancellation, Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

The Buyer acknowledges having read the preliminary information regarding the service characteristics, price and payment method published on the website and having given the required electronic confirmation.

Due to the nature of healthcare services, no specific treatment outcome is guaranteed. Medical practice is carried out within the framework of medical standards and applicable legislation.

İzmir Consumer Arbitration Committees and İzmir Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.
