Second Opinion
Evaluations made on radiological images (MRI, CT, X-ray, etc.) submitted through the Platform are only 'second opinion' in nature. These evaluations do not constitute definitive medical diagnosis and are not binding.
Emergencies
The Platform is not an emergency medical service system. In life-threatening situations (stroke, loss of consciousness, suspected brain hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc.) please contact 112 Emergency Services immediately.
User Obligations
Truthful Information
The User agrees that all information and documents shared through the Platform (identity, contact, medical data) belong to them and are accurate and up-to-date.
Lawful Use
- ✕May not attempt to harm the system with software, viruses, bots, scraping, etc.
- ✕May not share content that damages the honor of the physician, is misleading, or unlawful.
- ✕May not use the Platform for commercial spam or advertising purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform (texts, images, videos, graphics, surgical technique descriptions) belongs to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özgür AKŞAN and is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
Legal action will be taken in case of unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use.
Limitation of Liability
The Physician cannot be held responsible for the following:
- •Technical failures, internet outages, server problems
- •Data losses resulting from the user's own error
- •Problems arising from third-party services
No guarantee is given that the Platform will operate without interruption or error.

External links on the Platform are for informational purposes only. The Physician is not responsible for the content of these sites.
Right to Modify
The Physician reserves the right to unilaterally update these Terms of Use without prior notice. The updated text becomes effective on the date of publication.
