What is this Condition?

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition characterized by numbness, pain, and weakness in the hand due to compression of the median nerve at the wrist.

Diagnosis Methods

Diagnosis is made through physical examination, Tinel and Phalen tests, and EMG.

Treatment Methods

Splinting and medication for mild cases, surgery for advanced cases.
