- What: your identity and contact details, health information such as the images and reports you upload, your correspondence, your conversations with the AI assistant, your appointment and payment details, technical logs.
- Why: to offer you medical pre-assessment and second opinion, to give appointments, to communicate with you, to fulfil legal obligations. If you give permission, site and advertising measurement is also carried out.
- With whom: with the service providers that run the site, database, messaging, e-mail/SMS, the AI assistant and payments; with public authorities where legally required. The full list and countries are in KVKK Information Notice section 6.
- Abroad: some providers are in the USA. Transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 9 and only as far as the service requires.
- AI: Ayşe and Atlas are AI assistants, not physicians; their answers are not a diagnosis.
- We do not sell: we do not sell your personal data to anyone or rent it out for advertising.
Security measures
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only the physician and the authorised team can access health data.
- Regular backups are made.
- In the event of a data breach, the Board and the affected persons are notified within the period set by law.
Your rights

Children
The site is not intended for persons under 18. If you apply on behalf of your child, you make the application as parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published with its version number and date; earlier versions are kept in the archive.
