What is this Condition?

Diagnosis Methods

Diagnosis relies on physician examination and cervical spine MRI imaging as primary tools. During examination, reflexes, sensation, and muscle strength are evaluated. When considered necessary, nerve conduction studies (EMG) and additional imaging help distinguish similar conditions.

Treatment Methods

The initial approach typically involves medication, physical therapy, and posture correction. If progressive weakness, signs of spinal cord compression, or persistent severe pain develop, surgical options are considered. The treatment plan is individualized based on the patient's neurological status and imaging results.
