What is this Condition?

Symptoms

Vision disturbance, particularly narrowing of peripheral vision (bilateral vision loss)
Persistent headache (usually in the forehead or behind the eyes)
Fatigue, tiredness, and general debility related to hormone deficiency
Irregular menstruation in women, loss of libido in men (hormonal imbalance)
Intolerance to cold, weight changes, loss of appetite
Rarely, sudden severe headache and vision loss (tumor hemorrhage)

Diagnosis Methods

Treatment Methods

Tumor removal through closed (endoscopic) surgery via the nose (first-line treatment)
Radiation therapy (gamma knife or radiotherapy) if tumor cannot be completely removed or recurs
Administration of missing pituitary hormones externally if hormone deficiency develops (hormone replacement)
Regular MRI surveillance instead of surgery in small, asymptomatic tumors
