What is this Condition?
Diagnosis Methods
The most reliable examination method is contrast-enhanced MRI of the internal ear and brain, which clearly shows the tumor and its location. Hearing test (audiometry) is performed to measure how much hearing is affected. Tumor size, whether it grows over time, and the patient's hearing status are considered together to determine the appropriate management plan.
